And already Keano has got one over on the Spuds, Liverpool have won away from home (hold the front page) and both Newcastle and Manchester City under Sven (makes Steve Davis look really interesting) Goran Erikson looking very impressive.

So what have I been up to this week? Well I've got my hands on the FR Method from Format Racing and it's been a very good and simple to follow backing
system, which takes a twist on dutching. The profits have come in day after day with a couple of marginal losing days. That apart, I see great promise in this system, and the testimonials on the website can, for once, be believed. We'll keep you updated as to its continued performance but at this early stage I am excited by it.

I'll be getting my mitts on the E trends black box trading software - traditional trading software fully automated to tell you when to trade and when to out of a trade - I look forward to trying it.

At the moment, I'm using Fairbot from Binteko. For $99 ( yes I said dollars!) for a year's licence it is the dog's doodaas and does everything bar the ironing.
I'm so impressed with it I want to show you in a longer article the power of this software which must be the best vaule for money on the market. It really is superb for £50 a year!

PLACE BETTING -REDISCOVERED

I'm been looking back over place betting strategies this week - why? Well, I've been looking to set up a savings account for my little nephew - yes you get a (whoopee!) huge 6% per year on your savings. Bring out the party poppers! I can make that in a week - and that's taking it easy!. But enough of that, I was looking for a really simple backing strategy which will kick this 6% per year out of the water, which is why I wanted to look at place only betting using Betfair's markets.

Under certain circumstances, certain horses look nailed on for a place ( although we've got to remember there's no such thing as a sure thing -EVER!) and if we are patient and disciplined and follow the creed of quality over quantity, we can really make a small betting bank work for us.
