People may think that by wanting this type of gambling lifestyle you are crazy, some people may admire what you do, but no matter what other people think or what ever people say you are the only one who can make the call and decide you want this type of lifestyle and by that I really do mean a lifestyle. Sometimes it can actually be hard work sitting at a laptop running thorough countless sporting events looking for the best opportunity to get involved with. Investing in any type of market can be as confusion as investing in stocks and shares. Yet day after day people make it their business to make selections in hope of something better.

With betting there are so many opportunities to jump straight in and bet away till your hearts content or your betting bank is wiped out. Betfair gives us all a portal into a world of transactions, a world where opinions mean everything, where people take chances and show you there hand trying to outwit one another other. Betting with Befair provides a wealth of great opportunities its just knowing how to exploit these opportunities and take them when someone offers them to you. Opportunity is there to be had, just ask the no good parking attendant who managed to slap a ticket on my window before snaking off. I was rushing around as usual when I realised I hadn’t placed my football bets, so I pulled up outside the office, placed the bets ran back to the car in 5 minutes and found a nice surprise waiting for me.

So the weekend brought a fine for me but also a huge number of events to the table, now if you are a big cricket fan Kevin Pietersen pulled out more heavy hitting to propel England to victory against New Zealand. Pietersen is the backbone of the England side and once again piled in a good performance. Tiger Woods was at his best yet again even with a knee twitching after keyhole surgery. Woods forced a play off today against fellow American Rocco Mediate after a birdie on the 18th. Who would bet against woods to not claim yet another title, with or without a sore knee? It looks like Calzaghe will close the door on a glittering career against Roy Jones if Frank Warren ties up the deal. This looks like a safe bet for Calzaghe and as long as he doesn’t get careless against Jones I expect him to win. Jones needs the fight and win or loose I expect him to retire soon after the fight. In the Euros it seems the usually so reliably Peter Cech dropped more than a bollock as his side waved goodbye to Euro 2008. Switzerland managed to beat a rested Portugal side but followed the Euro Champions out the door. So no doubt a few people out there would have cleaned up over the weekend and no doubt a few out there would have been cleaned out over the weekend.

Rome wasn’t built in a day so why should your betting bank suddenly make the switch from low to high overnight! Gambling is like any other job, you have to learn, and learning is sometimes not as straight forward as it first seems. Let’s face facts you wouldn’t jump straight into the deep end of the pool without first taking a few swimming lessons, unless of course Pamela Anderson was on lifeguard duty… Swimming anyone!!!
