i start a new project. I play it since Nov 2009 and it leans on the stragety from Mark in the BetBotPro-Topic.
He lays the 3rd fav in all UK horse races and greyhounds in uk. i have tuned this strategy up a little bit.. see my following rules..
Requirements:
- A Bot, or do you want to sit whole day in front of the computer?
I use Bf Bot Manager, BetBotPro is also ok.
- Constant internet connection which you can trust that it is stable.
- Laptop or PC which runs the whole day and works very very stable and don't crash anytime
- To make 1 PTS a day, we need minimum 25 PTS bank. In the rules I say, that I only use stake as liability. So for 1 PTS a day, i recommend 0,16 PTS liability per race/bet
My target:
I want to settle my costs for electric energy with this project. I need ca. 25 PTS per month.
Rules:
- only lay bets
- we will lay only the 3rd favorite
- min. lay price must be 1.01
- max. lay price is equal or less than 6.60
- max market overound back 115% and lay 85%
- stake is used as liability
- only using uk greyhounds, no horses!
- allow only play one market at same time, if one market is not settled, so dont play the next
- using recovery. the recovery is set as follows:
we recover the whole loss, yes the whole - 100% SEE RULE ADJUSTMENT
- the loss pot size is set to 2. So the bot will remember the last two losses to recover in the next bets. Then it goes straigt forward with the rest of the loss for recover. Remember, we want to recover 100% of the losses.
- The bot attacks every race from the first in midday/morning (10:31 or 11:03) up to 17:30 in the afternoon (London time). Why? At 19:30 in the evening there are the races to short together, no time for setteling the markets and recovery cannot work correctly. Saturday bot plays only up to 15:30. If i am in profit and there is no bet in loss pot, then i stop the bot at the mentioned times in the afternoon. If there is a bet in the loss pot, then bot runs forward until the bets are recovered. Otherwise bot comes in trouble with to short timed races in the evening.
- NEW ADDED RULE: Max. liability for recovery bets is 3.00 EUR
- NEW ADDED RULE: A loss will not be recovered over two bets (2x 50%), the loss is tried to recover with one bet (100%)
- NEW ADDED RULE: Bot begin placing bets 15 seconds before off, then favorite positions are more clear
