It depend of the starting bank you have. 
when i started at 500£ :
bet 1/100 for laying (stake:5£ with odds max 5)
bet 2/100 for backing (stake:10£)
when i started at 500£ :
bet 1/100 for laying (stake:5£ with odds max 5)
bet 2/100 for backing (stake:10£)
